2. Event Participation
- Registration must be completed through our official platform and, where applicable, on any additional platforms specified for an event.
- Purchasing a ticket or registering does not guarantee selection for competitions or limited-entry sessions. Final participation is subject to eligibility and organizer approval.
- For ticketed events, each participant or team must hold at least one valid ticket. Unless otherwise specified, a single ticket admits up to two team members.
3. Tickets & Payments
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by E-Cell SMEC.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. We do not store any payment credentials.
- Registrations with failed or incomplete payments will be considered invalid.
4. Certificates
- Certificates will only be issued to participants who successfully attend or complete the event as per the eligibility criteria.
- Certificate links will be shared via email or made available on the website.
- If your certificate link returns an error (e.g., 404), you must contact us within 7 working days from the event’s conclusion.
5. Privacy & Data Usage
- Participant data is collected solely for the purposes of event registration, communication, and certificate issuance.
- Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except with official partners or when legally required.
- By using the website, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
6. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect toward fellow attendees, mentors, judges, and organizers.
- Any form of misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, or violation of event rules, will result in immediate disqualification and removal without refund.
- E-Cell SMEC reserves the right to take appropriate action against such behavior.
7. Modifications & Cancellations
- E-Cell SMEC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event or session at its sole discretion.
- We are not liable for technical failures, including website outages or third-party platform disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
